I am sipping my warmhot tea. Both chilled hands wrap around the porcelain and absorb the heat. The steam warms my face. My body warms with each swallow. I release all tensions...reflect inward, sort of watching the warmth spread through me. I feel gratitude for this luxurious daily ritual.
